You think you are cool? Fan Mail Monday!
I keep looking at that headline and my mind keeps changing it to “Man Fail Monday!”
Anyway, I’m announcing officially that, once a week, I will be answering your emails! Ask me anything about living out here in this crazy Hollywood place! So, here is the address to send your insanity*:

You know the drill in how to add the little at key right? If you don’t then I probably don’t want email from you anyway.
Picture of the Day
I’m going to go check my cool T-Mobile online album right now and see what cool pictures I took over the weekend and if they came out at all or they sucked rocks!

This is the Americana in Glendale. They just opened this huge, outdoor mall a couple weeks ago right next to the huge, indoor mall called the Galleria. It is kind of like taking a colony of black ants and placing them next to a colony of red ants and watching them fight it out!
Seriously, I have to tell you about this Americana. I mean, we had nice malls on the east coast and such, but the fact is, here in So Cal, you can build outdoor malls because the weather is really nice all year and it hardly ever rains. (This is why we have to steal all our water from Colorado. ) If you didn’t know, during the months of summer, it usually does not rain once.
Anyway, the Americana has an 8 level parking garage, with digital signs that tell you how many spaces are available at each level (though I swear it lies!) and in the weekends during peak times they actually have an elevator man dressed in a little elevator man uniform with a pillbox hat and stripes. He hits the right buttons for you. Unlike the kid when I arrived on Friday who thought it was hilarious to hit all the buttons while we descended from the 7th floor. I actually told him, “You know kid, it’s a long way down from up here,” when we stopped at the 6th floor and the doors opened to no one.
Not only that, this mall actually has — I’m not making this up — apartments above it. Yes, there’s an apartment complex on the mall. So you can just… live to shop, I guess. Anyway, you gotta see the website to see how trendy and hip this mall is. I took a screenie of the front page for you so I can link it.
Click the picture, genius.
Anyway, to fully appreciate the sheer Californiaesqueness of this mall, you should visit the web site. And no, they aren’t paying me for this.
